FuzzyG (or Fuzzy Gazetteer) searches for place names world-wide and can handle variations in spelling, thereby making the searches more robust.
Type a place name and a country in the search box, separated by a comma (e.g. Brussels, Belgium). Alternativaly, select one or multiple countries from the list below.
Click on the place name to open the DMA Digital Atlas. The resulting map will be centered on the location of the place name; however, because the Gazetteer contains more features than the map, it is possible that the place name will not be shown on the map. Note also that the positional accuracy of the gazetteer is around 2km, while the positional accuracy of the map is around 1km.
